No Inno Setup installer is not gonna replace MSI one (and in fact it
existed before MSI one). Both are simply maintained by different
contributors, and the MSI installer has not been updated yet.
I guess the MSI installer will be updated more or less at the same time as
TortoiseHg (that is also still using 3.6).
