            Bug ID: 5667
Summary: Pressing m key to edit commit message during record
                    inoperable
           Product: Mercurial
           Version: 4.3
          Hardware: Macintosh
                OS: Mac OS
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: bug
          Priority: wish
         Component: record
          Assignee: bugzilla at mercurial-scm.org
          Reporter: peter.vitt2 at uni-siegen.de
                CC: mercurial-devel at mercurial-scm.org

The old crecord had the feature to edit the commit message while selecting the
hunks to be checked in during the next commit. Pressing 'm' opened the editor
where you were able to edit the commit message. After saving the message, you
came back to interface to un-/select more hunks, pressing 'm' again brought you
back to your commit message editor to add/edit it any further...

This functionality is not present with crecord being ported to mercurial core.
However, the help text available via '?' when in the record interface still
states that 'm' will open the editor.
