I've added a linux-wheels Make target in my previous patches.
I tested the generated wheels back then and it seemed to works, I
imagine someone else would be required to generate linux wheels and
test them.
I think some tests were flakky when launching the mercurial tests with
Mercurial installed from the wheels. I will try relaunch the generation
process and run the tests again, what do you think?
