Sprint 5.0

Unfortunately, due to the small number of people that were planning to
attend (and the small degree of organizational diversity), the steering
committee and I have decided to cancel this sprint.

This does not imply any immediate changes to future sprints; the next one
(5.2) should still be able to be held, and it will be in North America.
