Formatting of output from evolve

For the record, Pierre-Yves replied on IRC that he's for the change. I
don't think there was any indication there if we should use the same format
by default or not. I decided against it in
https://foss.heptapod.net/mercurial/evolve/-/merge_requests/277 (see the
commit messages there for my reasoning).
