Preferred VC technology for sprint 5.6

I haven't heard any objections to using Google Meet, so I've set that up
with a single session per day, from 14:00-18:00 UTC.  I'll update the wiki
with instructions for connecting some time before the sprint starts. I'll
let you know here if I do it much earlier (I'm not sure if it's risky to
share the links early for some reason, such as spamming).
