No emails from foss.heptapod.net

Hi,

sorry for hijacking this thread, but it feels that something relevant 
happened right around the time this short discussion happened, and I 
wanted to ask if there is any relation.

This email thread is from January, 15th. Since January, 16th, the 
hyperlinks contained in the email Heptapod sends out are no longer 
direct links, but are wrapped in a tracking service.

For example, instead of:
https://foss.heptapod.net/mercurial/mercurial-devel/-/pipelines/97137

Heptapod now sends:
https://hgaigfa.r.af.d.sendibt2.com/tr/cl/kml_gIG4w4iPJMEkNdiG9NBdPn5rqerPYXrvVGRDIH2jXnGmwV_gmjlcfoSO0oN8VRt_UC5neVlQUVVF5m4jo0JqRXfXv7diPoGGuy9DRIZ5_KwhURXTjfLlt5BSTgm7yRKWwaRmC4Te-d_p7o7aG9uV8_St_zzwQFyPlJeg_BiN37pw1clL0B18GwrQboRFFDzWYpjlfNkIN-4sfkBQfNEyVS-ju_BdAZhCvvVmtirluNM_iUxE-DSeQIfv3Lhi9ppJeZKc9S9Jv7zlva_pfFP4SDW4jZ2uy7OAEQYeCNwBQNzoVlIWP-Wuy4O6O3dvhCBP-1m2UGX30DDVjOYXbTui56bGCtKZ

I understand that Heptapod is a product by a for-profit company (it used 
to be Octobus; is it Orbeet nowadays?), which has every right to take 
business-related decisions. However, I find the use of an email link 
tracking service unsettling, and I wanted to kindly ask if this change 
was discussed/announced somewhere.

Was the outage (not a problem per-se) a consequence of this 
modification? If so, a more direct language in the response would have 
been appreciated.
