Mercurial gets a new website!

Nice and modern looking website even though I already like the previous that crossed decades without being seen as oldish.

If I may suggest a little change, the news side bar has a very different style than the home page: more underlined and darker fonts than the home one. I think the home page side bar is a bit better IMHO.
