Evolve 4.0.0 is out!

I just pushed the 4.0.0 tag for evolve.

This release requires a Mercurial 3.0.1 that was released this Sunday.

The main changes in this version are new strategy and transport for 
obsmarker exchange. Those changes have been experimented for a while but 
this is the first tagged version to includes them. Checkout the README
