Multiple uncommeits at once

I would try uncommiting starting with the last changeset and work backward.

Or do a fold then the uncommit.

Or do a reset, commit, and prune all the changeset with the new one as
successor (kind of a manual fold with changes)

But maybe I did not get exactly what you are trying to achieve.
