This was unfortunately caused by a bug that made tag cache incorrect
locally and then it propagated on push. If you're cloning from that
repo, you can remove .hg/cache/ directory and you'll see 10.4.0
locally. In any case, a better way to simply install evolve is to use
pip, and it has 10.4.0.

Someone needs to remove .hg/cache/ on the server as well, I'll ping
people who have access to it.

No, the canonical repo is still there. We only moved development repo
from bitbucket to foss.heptapod.net, and that was quite some time ago.
