Things we ought to do to improve our packaging

Indeed it was. I was out of town until the 5th and one (for 10.8) of the
three OS X build machines I use was down. I decided to wait until I could
push all three versions at once so there wouldn't be confusion. I've
switched over to using mercurial.selenic.com for hosting and I believe my
automation is correct now.
