In this release, we've moved pager functionality into core and enabled it by default. For maximal compatibility across all systems, we default to more(1) in core. You are encouraged to configure ui.pager to something more functional for your target platform (on Unix systems, for example, this should probably be set to less(1), for which we also set sensible default options in core).
