Okay, let's see how deep that gets and make a call if it belongs on stable?

I know we floated doing a Python 3 primary release of 5.2 a week or two after 5.2 is released. Should we make that 5.3? Or do we just want to put the Python version in the package filename somewhere?
My feeling is that that's up to packagers - for our first-party packages, we'll probably do it with a -py3 or something until we swap to doing our releases only for 3.
(The tarball doesn't matter.)
