Packagers interested in shipping a Rust-augmented version of Mercurial 
will be happy to know that Python 3.12 is now supported thanks to work 
upstream on the rust-cpython crate.

Our setup.py is still lagging behind, unfortunately interest is very low 
to fix that issue.
