Implementation of core part of "transactional dirstate" was completed.

Now, I'm working for some additional functions (not yet checked in
"summary" section) for better consistency of dirstate, even though
such works sometimes find out transaction related problems like below,
and are pended to solve them first (for timestamp critical behavior) :-)

Therefore, moving it outside of "new feature" seems reasonable.
