[Reviewers] Changing the name of "reviewers" group and repository

So we currently have the following candidates:

- "committers" → a bit old/inaccurate but acceptable,
- "pusher" → drug related slang,
- "maintainers" → a bit too heavy already used for another group,

I suggest we rename the repo/group/list/foo to "committers" at the start 
of the sprint and use that.
