[Reviewers] 4.3 delayed: should we unfreeze on 8/1 anyway?

For every day the RC is being used by you and me and everyone else, it's
getting tested more, no?
Again, I'm totally fine with unfreezing, I just wanted to make sure my
point was understood. (And "my" point is really my interpretation of Matt's
point.)
