[Reviewers] Facebook employee review season,

Hello everyone,

This week, Facebook engineers are writing performance review for each 
others (and themself). Feedback from external people are usually very 
well received. So if you had positive interaction with some Facebook 
people it is a good idea to write something about it to there manager. 
That will increase the value of the time they spend community side and 
help them keep spending time on the project.

Most people we interact with (Jun, Mateuz) are now London based under 
the management of Andreas Belo <andrasbelo at fb.com>. You met him at the 
sprint.

There is a couple of notable exception: Rémi Chaintron and Cotizo Sima 
are in another team managed by Graham French <grahamf at fb.com>

I think the deadline for their own submission is tomorrow. Then manager 
will have one or two weeks to write summary review so it is best to send 
something this week or the next so that they have time to integrate your 
feedback into manager's summaries.
