[Reviewers] Mercurial 4.6 Release *delayed*: Expect release on 2018-06-07

Howdy folks,

We've got a late development on a security patch for Mercurial and have decided to just get the fix in 4.6, which means we're going to delay the release to May 7th to give our pre-notification customers time to react.

Getting CVEs has been too hard recently, so I've obtained identifiers from http://www.openwall.com/ove/ <http://www.openwall.com/ove/> instead for these issues:

OVE-20180430-0001
OVE-20180430-0002

mercurial-security-announce@ folks, watch for another email later today with patches attached.
