[Reviewers] Speeding up reviews oh phabricator (adding new reviewers?)

Hi everyone,

Hope you all are doing well.

In the past couple of months, reviews on phabricator have slowed down.
What can we do to speed that up a little?

I will be happy to do a pair review once a week if that helps.

Unfortunately, we don't have many people whom we can add as a new
reviewer. One person I can think of is Matt Harbison. Probably we can
add him as a reviewer if he likes to be one?
