: hg log [-r A] [-r B] [file]

Glad to see the -r option now works. Hopefully we can also see the range
selection support, so we specify revisions more easily by saying "-r A-B"?
Maybe can make it even more flexible by accepting incontiguous revisions by
saying "-r A,B,X-Y". Well, maybe too flexible ;-)

Also, perhaps -r without an argument will show the tip revision? This may also
make 'hg tip' redundant, so we have one less command to learn.
