[PATCH 0/7] Hgeditor touchups

List of patches:
1) Pass username to hgeditor, remove temporary file
   It is available as before through $HGUSER.
2) hgeditor: Fix some parameters to commands
3) hgeditor: Simplify manifest hash adding
4) hgeditor: Remove EMAIL default for HGUSER, comment editor selection
5) hgeditor: Remove temporary files even if interrupted
6) hgeditor: Show all modifications in diff
7) hgeditor: Add diffstat to the output

Patches to hgeditor add more comments to help in developing your own script.
