[PATCH] On NT switch to notepad as the default editor

I believe I'm Matt from a week or so ago: -ENOATTACHMENT

Also, how are you getting around notepad returning immediately? I tried 
using vim for Windows to write commit messages but the call would return 
immediately after the program was executed and the commit would fail.
