[RFC][PATCH] Nicer web interface

I've no experience at all with git & utilities but I like this new
interface, it is nice.  Having it as an option would be even nicer.

Agreed, Mercurial needs to assert itself a bit more.  Hopefully, the paper[1]
I'm writing for EuroBSDCon 2005[2] will help a little bit.  If it isn't
accepted for the conference, I'll make it available.
