Convert from BK

  I do not see why I would have to look at internal implementation of
BK. All what I need from bk for each rev is :
- its parent(s)
- the log
- the date and user
- the list of modified files (can be obtained with a standard diff
  between to exported tree)
- and obvioulsy the state of the data (files)
