I went through the "book" at www.byteofpython.info/ first.

I've mostly been looking at the links off of www.python.org/doc/

My comment was directed at the official Python Documentation section on 
python.org. I guess I was spoiled by the expansive information from: 
http://www.php.net/manual/en/funcref.php

I'll accept any links to better info. I plan to pick up a real book next 
week.
