I've gone and hacked the fast sync protocol onto hgweb (not checked in
yet). This is kindof handy. It's got three new commands, two for
finding new changesets, and one for requesting a changegroup.

But I've discovered hgweb's main page code (and/or Galeon) is very
unhappy with large repos (eg 800 changesets). Care to take a look at
that?
