PATCH - Window binary/text file support

Everyware except with .hgignore and possibily the
temporary file handed out to editor for commit
comments.
.htignore and possibliy the commit comment file should
be treated as text file since it is created by
external tools and they have a tendency to use \r\n as
line seperator. (In this case with .htignore, the
patterns will contain \r as the last char!)
