Well all the information that gitk uses should be readily available in
hg. I've been somewhat tempted to port it.
But with the standalone server thing, I'm more tempted to do this on
the web page somehow.
By the way, recent versions of hg have a debugindexdot command that
produces a Graphviz dot file. I've found this handy for debugging
merges.
