[issue64] tip: add -p to show patch

Okay, I know Matt doesn't like to spray the -p option everywhere. But it's
really been a pain for me having to switch between 'hg tip' and 'hg log -rtip
-p', quite frequently. 

Tip is a handy command. Almost.
