I will have to fix this. It was my mistake to assume things developed for *nix
will just work on Linux ;-)

Just to satisfy my curiosity, can you share the reasons bzip2 has been chosen
for bundle? If the main drive has been bzip2's better compression ratio, I
wonder why revlog isn't already using bzip2.
