For Windows version, it would me probably useful to add this hgmerge.bat 
file to mercurial directory. Do we need hgmerge *script* on Win, when 
you cannot (easily) determine what merge program is installed? It would 
be maybe sufficient to add multiple merge programs to this .bat and rem 
all of them except one you need (kdiff3 default on setup, for example). 
Right now there is only kdiff3 in this .bat, but maybe it is enough? 
Also, default editor on windows should be notepad, not vi.
