error with vi on windows

Hello,

I just installed Mercurial 0.8.1 on a Win XP Professional computer (using Mercurial-0.8.1.exe) and get the following error:

C:\JackStuff\temtem>hg init

C:\JackStuff\temtem>hg add test.txt

C:\JackStuff\temtem>hg commit
'vi' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
abort: edit failed: vi exited with status 1
transaction abort!
rollback completed

Is vi the vi editor from unix? Do I need that installed on this computer?
