search function in "hg serve"

It can find:

- change revs
- change hashes
- tags
- branches
- keywords in changeset fields:
  - descriptions
  - authors
  - filenames

It can't find dates yet, and it won't search through file contents
(that would make a great DoS attack).

The 'hg grep' command will scan file contents.
