A new commit tool

When trying 'make' on qct, it says:

        hunter[12]$ make
        pyuic4 qctDialog.ui > ui_qctDialog.py
        <PyQt4.uic.exceptions.NoSuchWidgetError instance at 0x40806c2c>make: *** [ui_qctDialog.py] Fehler 1

What does it want to tell me?  I thought I already installed every
possible bit of qt4 and Python bindings...  I'm on Ubuntu 6.10.
