bd13a18f1777 is in revision 21580 of 107893 in my mirror of pkgsrc
on http://hg.intevation.org/mirrors/scode.org/pkgsrc/, so I suggest
cloning the repository from scratch.

I wonder what happened as I never experienced such problems when
mirroring pkgsrc.
