keyword substitution hack

Hi,

I hacked up a combination of extension and pretxncommit-hook for
CVS-like keyword substitution in Mercurial. My strong guess is
that it's too dirty to be included ;-) Still, until something
better is out there, here it is for those who want to shoot
themselves in their own foot.
