[issue104] addremove seems strange when not run from base hg directory

New submission from Vincent Danjean <vdanjean.ml at free.fr>:
'hg addremove' prints strange things when run from a subdir.
This attached file shows this behaviour. It seems that hg commits
the right things, but I am not sure it will be the case in all situation.
