need subversion to mercurial convertor

In any case, it does not support tags/branches. :) As for my attempt,
it did not work at all, as the "sample" project I tried to convert
(e-book reader my friend is writing) had symlinks and tailor just
managed to get to a state where the only option is to bail out :))
