If we split the list into -users, -devel, and -bugs, I'd be happy to see
all bug mail copied to -bugs.  That way, people who didn't want to see
it wouldn't have to subscribe.

I find the lack of being automatically nosy on every bug, since I am in
fact nosy about every bug, kind of a drag :)
