key error in filerevision()

I could well use a fix for this problem.  It also bites in the Trac plugin
whenever you view a changeset containing a deleted file (I believe it's the
same problem there).

Also captured in http://www.selenic.com/mercurial/bts/issue331.

Could anyone take this up, or give me a hint of how to find a
workaround/hack?
