Pretty impressive set of requirements for a VCS at:

This page looks similar to the investigation and requirements research
the OpenSolaris folks did.  It would be interesting to see something
like the report of OpelSolaris SCM teams, with a more detailed list of
what the Mozilla team found about each SCM system :-)
