I just double checked.  Python 2.4.3 with py2exe 0.6.6 doesn't bundle
up base85.pyd, bdiff.pyd, or mpatch.pyd for me unless I put them in
the mercurial directory manually (so I build, copy, build).  Odd that
we see a difference here.
