I have written a small patch for the convert command that will ask the
commit message using the default editor, before a new transaction is
committed on the destination repository.
If the user returns an empty message, then the converter will stop being
"interactive".
The patch is against the crew repository.
I have attached the patch (sorry if patchs are not allowed, or if it
should be posted on the developer mailing list).
