[ANN] Qct-0.9 released

Steve,

how is the visual diff feature supposed to work?  I entered xxdiff as the
diff tool in my preferences, but when I try to call it up it complains that
it needs two file arguments and it's getting only one.

Does qct supply just one file for the diff?  What should it diff against,
then?
