[PATCH] Tweak handling of file regexp on command line

Actually what I should have said was make history viewing for a single 
*regexp* work, as specified on the command line.

But whilst I'm on the subject, a shorthand way to view the history graph of a 
specific file *would* be very useful - I'm not sure that any of the other 
tools can do this (?).
