ANN: hg_load_dirs

Hi,

I'm pleased to announce the release of hg_load_dirs, the latest VCS to
be supported by vcs-load-dirs.

hg_load_dirs is a tool to automate the importing of
non-version-controlled data into Mercurial.  It detects adds and removes
and issues appropriate hg commands.  It also detects situations in which
renames may be present, and offers an interactive tool that you can use
to identify them, if desired.
