Mercurial book

Hello,

a short question about the Mercurial book:

I checked it out, and noticed it's copyrighted by Bryan O'Sullivan. In 
chapter 0.1 he says he hopes users will "contribute" to the book.

As I could not find an email address in the book, I sent a few comments to 
his email address as used for checkins in the hgbook repository.

However, I never got any response. Maybe my remarks or questions were too 
silly, or were just caught by a mail filter, I don't know. But I don't 
want to waste my time writing to a dead box.

Does somebody know if there is a separate mailing list or other special 
address for the book?
