bug report: hg backout (without revision)

I thought that hg backout without arguments would tell to me supply an 
argument and just print the usage message. So, I had been rather 
surprised if it did backout tip by default.

BTW, congratulations to the development team on the new release and many 
thanks for a wonderful tool.
